Luxury Studio MGM Signature, Great Location, Lazy River, No Resort Fees

Kitchenette and space of room. Jacuzzi was awesome.

Housekeeping was unreasonable and would not deliver more than 2 extra towels, made up an excuse that because we booked through a third party they would not deliver the requested 6 towels. Mobile checkout did not work either. Otherwise rest of staff was excellent.

The room was nice and the receptionists were very nice when we checked in.

We were there for the lazy river and the pool. The lazy river was very far to walk to and the pool and spas in our tower were closed. I have bad knees so it was difficult to walk very far. I never made it to the lazy river due to it being too far to walk.

Nothing. Had to fight with front desk staff and received no assistance. They passed the buck

It was not explained to us that this was a third-party suite, and that the MGM Grand had nothing to do with cleaning or maintaining the suite. The suite was filthy use tissue hair fuzz, and the AC unit was Cate with dirt also and another area. There is food, and use Q-tips And still the front desk staff refused to assess all they did was give us the phone number to the cleaning company they would not move my family to another room

The room was great. Very Spacious and had everything you need

We were in Tower 3. It is pretty far from the casino and really difficult to get taxis and/or Ubers to come there

Room was spacious and beautiful at a price that can’t be beat for the quality. Access to the mgm grand pool as advertised.

only negative is that it’s a bit out of the way in tower 3.
