The hostel is in a very good location, close to everything. It's very clean, and the staff are kind and helpful.

Everything was good, but it would be better with a little kitchenette and a washing machine. I stayed for quite a long time.

The manager Aiko and her son Ola were great, very welcoming and ready to help. Cleanliness was good. Excellent location next to Sukhbaatar square. Free slippers.

No kitchen and no real facilities other than a fridge and water dispenser. They give you a cup with a teabag and instant coffee but then you have to wash it in the bathroom. And there are lots of little flaws that make the experience less than optimal - from doorhandles that seem ready to fall off and spontaneously lock, to bed curtains that stop at the ladders and don't offer complete privacy, to cloth (or no) partitions between beds and arranging the beds so that guests' heads are next to each other, meaning you will hear every breath and every snore. Etc. The owner (not the same as the manager) would do well to address these issues.

Very close to eateries, convenience stores and the city center. The hostess does an awesome job running the hostel!
