Perfect Very Central and Peaceful Oxford Home with Free Parking & Private Garden -

I was allowed to park after checking out until 14:00. Location was very close to the centre of Oxford as per the description, which was very handy

According to the information from the city of Oxford congestion charges do not apply to residents. Residents can register their cars' registration numbers. It would seem that congestion charges could have been avoided if the registration of the car would be passed onto the city of Oxford. The cost (5 pound per day of movement) is not the issue; it can become expensive if you don't notice this issue and or not pay the fees on time (before midnight). Alerting to registering the car and paying the congestion charges should be done.

Location is very central. Less than 5 mins walking to Westage Shopping Centre. Less than 5 mins walk to the riverside. Cute little garden at the back (could do with a bit more TLC) which will be beautiful in summer. Andre the host was attentive and helpful.

Sofa bed wasn't the comfiest, but then again, sofa beds are notorious for having thin mattresses. Perhaps a mattress topper could be provided for it.

Good location- could walk into city and be in centre within 15-20 Mins. Tastefully decorated and very clean and generously furnished/stocked. Appreciated the messages from the owner checking in on us.

Could have been bigger and would have been nice to have a bedroom each rather than one on the sofa bed.

Location was excellent, sofa bed was super uncomfortable, house was very small but beautifully maintained and very clean.

The host did not reply to several quite important messages.

Good facilities/furnishings. It was a very well equipped flat. Proximity to shops and restaurants just next door at Westgate was also fantastic. Enjoyed the bedroom window view over the river.

There was a Strange high pitch tone/sound both nights -late at night and early (pre-dawn) in the morning. We walked around the flat but could not identify the source…it would come on and off. Perhaps it’s from the neighbors. Bathroom ceiling had mold -and the shower door handle is loose.
