BIRDS EDGE COTTAGE - Luxury 2 Bedroom Cottage with Amazing Views, Near Holmfirth in Yorkshire

Beautiful setting and very peaceful. Extremely clean and cosy and well equipped. Prompt responses and excellent detailed instructions. We loved it as close to Cannon Hall farm.

The cottage had everything and more we could of asked for. It was in a great location for our visit to Canon farm. Ben was great and answered all questions I might have had so quickly. Would certainly recommend and return again.

We had an amazing stay here! Such a lovely cottage in a great area, with a beautiful view from the back bedroom and the garden! The cottage was well equipped, particularly the kitchen and the living room draws were full of board games! Washing machine and Sky TV were handy. The upstairs was gorgeous with comfy beds and a very sleek and stylish bathroom! 😊 Ben was a very communicative host and was on hand to offer suggestions of things to do throughout the stay. Thanks

The only reason we gave a 9 and not a 10 was there was no shower gel provided, which was a surprise as everything else was catered for in abundance. There were also some dead bugs/flies on the floor in the conservatory dining room, under the table, but once they were cleaned away by myself the rest of our stay was pretty much perfect!

We loved the rain fall shower and the other shower too & the 2 wash basins was very handy for my daughter & myself, both of our beds were very comfortable, the cottage was lovely, spacious and very quiet, the cottage is in a beautiful location and very close to the sovereign pub/restaurant which cooks very nice meals also the petrol garage which also has quite a big co op and is opposite the sovereign, just also like to add that Ben is a great host, very helpful and he always answers the phone if you need to speak to him. I forgot to mention earlier that the kitchen is really nice too, with a nice big fridge/freezer and a good size cooker which is great for cooking.

One of the switches wouldn't turn on in the hall way, and the front bedroom radiator didn't seem to hardly heat up at all even after turning up the dial, the back doors leading in to the garden/patio were very stiff when trying to turn the key, the back bedroom radiator didn't always work either according to my daughter, I also did struggle a bit at times with the door nobs in side the cottage.
