2 bedroom flat close to Manchester City, Manchester City stadium and Coop Arena

We could not stay in this property as the host failed to get in contact with any check-in details. We arrived at the property and could not get in as we had no code. We tried numerous attempts to contact the owner, phone just goes straight to voicemail and emails unanswered. Booking.com even tried contacting the owner with no luck, left messages to call back - still not heard from them yet they have taken payment for the stay and we ended up having to book somewhere else for the week. AVOID!!

The host. Does not exist!!

When we reached the property we could not find the building,there was no marking with 1315 plate.When we contacted the property owner both by message and phone number,they did not respond.We had to find the janitor and he gave us different number to contact.When we called with that number owner said that they gave room to a different people and asked us to cancel the booking.We did not stay at this apartment and had to find another place in the middle of the street with our luggage.

Responsive host. We had an issue with a smoke alarm beeping and it was sorted almost immediately for us.

No hot water which I think was an issue with the water pressure in the boiler

Nothing, didn't get to stay as it did not state before booking a £200 damage deposit was needed. Had abuse when contact them asking for the door code. I've used booking.com for many years and never had this. Will not use again

No help from customer service. Useless. Will not refund after booking this as it not state a damage deposit was needed until after booking this. Rude people from accommodation. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE
