Charming studio - in the downtown

Location

On arrival, I encountered multiple cleanliness issues, including numerous insects in the bathroom (including a large spider), which made it difficult to use the facilities. The bedding did not appear fresh, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, along with visible dirt on the walls. Overall, the apartment felt poorly maintained and not in a clean, fresh condition. I was unfortunately unable to stay at this apartment and had to find alternative accommodation during the night. I spent less than 3 hours in the property and left around midnight, as I could not remain there comfortably. I contacted the host, who was not very responsive initially. The following day I was told that an investigation would be carried out, and that no issues had been found, therefore no refund would be issued. I only found this out when I asked for an update on the investigation two days later. I was also told that I was the first guest to raise these concerns. However, a closer look at previous reviews shows that I am not the only guest who experienced issues with the bedding, smell, and overall cleanliness. Overall, both the condition of the apartment and the communication were very disappointing.

l’appartamento è piccolo ma super confortevole e dotato di ogni necessità; è situato nel pieno del quartiere ebraico, in mezzo a viuzze tipiche e localini pieni di gente giorno e notte, al secondo piano (senza ascensore) di un vecchio condominio con cortile interno. si compone di un unico spazio ove zona giorno e zona notte sono separate da una parete di cartongesso. gestore/proprietario super disponibile e gentile, a ogni nostro messaggio ha risposto in breve!

non siamo riusciti a far funzionare la macchina del caffè (forse sono io che sono imbranata 😅) e, come da foto, non è presente un vero e proprio tavolo in appartamento dove poter mangiare (seppur vi siano i fornelli a induzione a disposizione). ci siamo fermati quattro notti e cinque giorni e il nostro soggiorno è comunque stato splendido!!

Este foarte aproape de majoritatea obiectivelor sau dacă nu atunci mijloacele de transport în comun sunt accesibile. Are tot ce este nevoie pentru un sejur de câteva zile. Chiar dacă pe stradă sunt multe cluburi și este gălăgie, în apartament este foarte liniște. Ne-a plăcut.

Όμορφο μπάνιο και διακόσμηση

Το στρώμα είναι χάλια εχει βουλιαξει στο κεντρο με αποτελεσμα και εγω και η κοπελα μου να πιανομαστε καθε βράδυ και να χρειαζομαστε μυοχαλαρωτικά για να ισιώσουμε 😕 κατα τα αλλα ειναι ενα υπεροχο διαμερισμα κοντα στο κεντρο αλλά το στρωμα θα επρεπε να το έχει αλλάξει

Very good location, quiet courtyard which let you avoid all noises from the street, a lot of supermarkets, restaurants, bars near to the place. It was easy to find the place and take a keys, with self check in option. Room is quite cozy, kitchen has all needed equipment's to make some food or drink.

Everything was good, except bed mattress. It is time to change it as it has pit in the center of mattress and it is not very comfy to sleep on such a mattress as you rolling from side of it to the center to that pit.

Localização e casa bastante satisfatória, com grande relação qualidade-preço.

Casa de banho podia estar um pouco mais cuidada, pois já se nota o "desgaste".

Appartamento in una zona molto tranquilla e comoda per raggiungere il centro.. proprietario disponibile a spiegarci come effettuare il check in. Tutto molto pulito e accogliente. Letto e cuscini molto comodi. Assolutamente consigliato.

C'est un appartement agréable,bien situé dans un quartier vivant. L'entrée de l'immeuble est très atypique, dans un joli patio. Le propriétaire a été très réactive à nos demandes.
