Algarve Surf Camp & Hostel Sagres

The surf lessons were very fun! My friend and I were complete beginners but had a great time, the instructor gave a lot of individualized attention as needed. The morning breakfast was good and the other hostel guests were friendly

Had to take a point off as there are cats wandering freely through the hostel - this might be a bonus for you (it was for my friend) but as someone with allergies to cats, I would have appreciated a heads up in advance.

Very relaxed feel, with multiple social aspects including Friday night out and family bbq night

location was prime. the room was cool and cozy. .

Tho there was no curtains so you were exposed in the bathroom / shower to the main street. Same goes in the room. It was like being in highschool again. Not recommend for those over 25yrs. they want to be known as a party vibe surfer hostel. You gotta fit the mold

The staff and surf instructors were amazing, the food was great and the atmosphere was unreal. I did not want to leave!!

Breakfast was great, people were great, rooms were nice, and beds very comfortable. really welcoming and friendly people. the group dinners are such a great way to mix with everyone. and the surfing was so much fun.

There was no mirror in my 4 bed room.

I am not young. I am not a surfer. Therefore, I would especially like to emphasize the cordial and inclusive reception of me by the young hosts and guests and their acceptance of me as a member of the community. A place "with soul".

The staff crew is very welcoming, the breakfast is amazing and the surf clases even better!

It's an hostel plus the surf vibe! Really good accomodation to visit Sagres and the surroundings and to experience the surfing culture and vibe. At the hostel you can book surfing lessons for the whole day. Every night activities to do at the hostel as well...I met a lot of interesting people! Breakfast was very good and healthy and volunteers they were nice people! Definitely a recommended place!

I would recommend to take surfing lessons and to get to know other people doing the surf camp so you don't feel too much left out!
