Cleanliness, location, and comfort

Everything is perfect . Apartment is very clean, cozy with perfect location.

Instruction was very clear and easy to follow. Location is good. The place very clean and well designed. It has almost all required facilities in it.

Laundry was not available for us to use. Mattress could be more better quality.

Property was very modern and beautifully presented exactly detailed as in the pictures

Windows was not openable, loads of bugs and insects around the windows from the over grown bushes blocking the windows so maybe it’s good that you can’t open the windows. Not enough natural light, the ac in the main house isn’t as good as the bedroom. No clean bedding, mop or cleaning facilities, no washing machine or dryer even though it’s listed as having one. The host lives upstairs, I had a few family members round and host turned up AC so it was boiling hot and recorded my mother and sisters on his personal phone, even though I informed him that I would have guests and he was in agreement. Yet, messaged me and turned up at the door numerous times. Oh and people waiting outside at the bus stop, wait outside the entrance door

Nice place. Affordable and close to DC

We had a great stay, the bed was amazingly comfortable. Our host was very sweet to leave snacks and coffee. We were expecting to have to figure out where to get coffee in the morning but it was there and much appreciated. The couple of questions I had regarding the checkin process were promptly answered and it was a no stress stay. Thank you!

The property I found exactly how was described in the website. Was clean, spacious, location and tidy. Definitely we will be back for staying longer than before.

There is no washing machine and mopping the floor. Because for staying longer than 9 days we need it.

Host was easily reachable and very polite and helpful. Location was an very easy bus ride to metro that took us straight to DC (our main destination). Apartment was spotless, newly renovated and very well appointed.

Wifi was reasonable but a bit sluggish. While there is renovation on street going on, it did not disturb us. Neither did school across the street. Walkup to property was a bit shabby but the inside is exactly as shown in photos.
