Response from agent to get a coffee plunger and dishcloths

The fotos on website were not of the apartment we stayed in. Che dining table did not have a hospitable surface and there was no table cloth. The stools were not comfortable.

Sehr zentral. Aussicht auf den Tafelberg. Kleines Lebensmittel Geschäft im Haus.

Nachts etwas schwierig zu Fuss. Nur wenige Restaurants in der Nähe, die meisten nur mit Reservation. Die Matratzen im Kinderzimmer müssen ausgetauscht werden. Wasserhahn im Badezimmer ist undicht und zerstört das darunterlegende Möbel.

"The apartment is perfectly alright, it only bits and pieces needs to be attended to. Michelle was great, very welcoming"

The location was good, the security was perfect. The room was clean but I was not happy about the linen in such a way that I took all of it to the washing basket on my last day. The iron was not good but the best thing, we were given another one which was perfect after we raised our concern about it.

The bed linen, the bath was not draining water well. I think there is a problem with plumbing because even in the kitchen there was a problem with drainage of the sink.
