Отличный персонал, готовый прийти на помощь по любому вопросу. Все очень милые и дружелюбные. Через дорогу находится красивый вход на пляж (на котором всегда очень мало людей, но есть спасатели). Номера просторные. Район очень тихий, есть небольшой шум только от проезжаюших машин, но и то это почти не считается. Рядом кофейня, с одним из лучших кофе, что я пила в Дананге.

Отель расположен примерно в 1,5-2 км от основных кафе, баров и ресторанов. Но если любите гулять или ездить на такси, то это вообще не проблема.

We had an issue at the first apartment at DOMA with a rat infestation. We were quickly moved to HSuites new property in My Ang which was larger accommodation in a better area. The management and staff were always very helpful and friendly even dealing with something as serious as a rat infestation.

We were at DOMA for 3 nights, at 1am on the 4th night we heard and saw what I thought was a large mouse in the room by our rubbish bin. It ran off and disappeared by the curtains. I assumed it had escaped via a small hole (1x1”) in the ceiling. We live in an area of the jungle in the Philippines so are used to this type of thing. We shrugged it off and decided we would ask to move rooms in the morning. However, 5 mins after trying to sleep again, my wife heard scratching by her bedside table. We turned the lights on and it was a rat, the body was about 7” with a similar length tail, so quite a considerable size. We panicked, tried to kick it out on to the patio but it ran up the curtain and squeezed its fat body through the hole above the curtains. It was obvious the hotel had an infestation and the rats were living in the ceiling space and walls. I was unable to contact any staff at the time, the night porter was also unable to assist telling us to wait until staff came in at 8am. With no other choice, I stayed up with the lights on so my wife could get a bit of sleep. When management arrived I was very clear, I either wanted them to give me a refund plus compensation or rehouse us plus compensation. Later that next day they moved us to a larger accommodation in a different building in a nicer area (My An). The compensation was the larger room. As we originally booked for over 2 weeks, we were obliged to pay electric and water charges from day one (that seemed a bit unfair too, surely we should start paying after the 2 week period?) Anyway, they moved us but I’m sure they didn’t evacuate DOMA while they dealt with the infestation. While I’m not complaining about the managements response, I know hotels that would have gifted the whole stay and expenses at such a devastating situation as not only was it a disturbing thing to wake up to, but spoiled a few days after the sleepless night.

wonderfully gentle, kind, welcoming and helpful staff - from front of house to cleaners to security accessible location can walk to many cafes etc without being amongst the noise of main tourist area. Directly opposite public beach access down tree lined path and.... a sweet talkative kitten

The location is excellent as it is close to beaches, restaurants and shops. We loved the swimming pool which was a lovely area to relax and keep cool. The staff are very friendly and helpful

The aircon switches off when you remove your room card. The staff however offered to open for us when we returned. So we left the aircon running and returned to a comfortable apartment

I just checked out today after 30 days. What a fantastic hotel. The property is more boutique size. Very clean. Nice design. My room was spacious and well appointed for making a couple meals now and then. The pool is great and quiet. The washing machine on the covered deck was really handy There is a small market almost right across the street that we t to often. The staff truly offers 5 star service. I will back for sure.

Everything was better than I expected

Large room and comfortable bed. Excellent shower. Strong WiFi and very friendly and helpful staff. Good location for food, supermarket and beach.

Room was very hot. Even with Aircon on it was very hard to keep room cool. If you switch Aircon off room becomes too hot very quickly.
