Very comfortable, good location near the beach, staff were always nice and helpful.

The staff were very friendly and efficient. The king size bed was incredibly comfortable. The swimming pool was really nice and it was clean.

We didn't like the location. Food options in the neighbourhood are limited. The busy road is very close to the apartment. It is noisy. That busy road is also very hot to walk along. And you will need to walk along it to get to more eating options in the An Thuong area. That busy road is also very smelly due to the rubbish bins always overflowing. For stays of 14 days or more you will be billed for electricity use, and water. The air con seemed to use quite a bit of electricity. We liked the apartment and the facilities but feel it is not well priced for the location, particularly if you have to factor in your electricity use.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, great communication via WhatsApp. Just across the road from a quiet beach area, nice swimming pool, within walking distance from various shops, coffee shops and food options. There was a washing machine on our balcony, which was very convenient.

The balcony was tiny and not really usable - it overlooked a car wash. We got intermittent light electric shocks when turning the shower on/off.

The staff here are amazing, and the location is just far enough away from the noise and clamour of My An. I've extended my stay based on all of this. 10/10
