Stayed for 4 nights, the appartment has a great location for public transport and local amenities.

Spacious, very clean and comfortable accommodation for 3 or 4 people. Well equipped kitchen. Allocated parking space with permit provided. Great location outside of the city centre but close to local shops, was easy to get a taxi to where we needed to be. Friendly and accommodating hosts via messages.

No rail or hook for towel in en-suite shower room. The Televison did not have any of the normal TV channels as there was no aerial or other cabled service attached.

The apartment is located some 50 minutes walk circa from the city centre but we knew about this and it was okay for us. It was a surprise to find that the ensuite bathroom did not have a toilet! I guess that for a young family this is fine, but for 2 couples this was somewhat of an issue. The most concerning issue was the way we were literally rushed out of the apartment; literally thrown out in the rain, luggage and all when persons arrived unannounced at 09:40 (before the 10:00) check out time. This all happened while 2 of us (group of 4) where coming back by car from the city centre to pick up the others whom we left to finish packing the luggage. While I acknowledge that we were 5 minutes late on the 10:00 checkout time because of the many traffic lights in the city centre, I believe it is rude to throw out tenants luggage and all on the road with no possibility of shelter from the rain. It sounds even more inhumane when I recall that there was ample space between the outer and inner door of the apartment for one to shelter in for the 5 minute of the late pick up but no offer was forthcoming. To be honest the callers might have been the subsequent tenants doing an early check in (before the advertised 15:00 checkin time), but it still reamins the full responsibility of the hosts to oversee that the process of change in tenants happens smoothly.

Clean, spacious. Near to many bus routes. Easy to get into town. Close to supermarkets.

Quite spartan and minimalist, making it not that cosy.

I appreciated the car park space at the back of the property. The rooms were spacious. The bathroom was very modern. Great that there were no stairs.

The sofa and armchairs could have been a bit more comfortable. There was no teapot and making tea in the mugs wasn't great because they were quite small. The pans were non-stick but the utensils were stainless steel so the pans were a bit scratched.

The position of the flat was amazing

Whilst we were there twice someone tried to get into the property as they use this place as a drop off for towels bedding and things for the other places they manage and they also entered whilst we weren’t there and left the door unlocked the place has electricity heaters and my god we were cold there is no central heating and I had to wash all the pots and cups and pans and plates etc before using them as there was left over food on them the furniture is the living room is tiny and really uncomfortable I have stayed in cheaper nicer places in Scotland

Big rooms The location was good It was mostly clean (just not the floor) They responded quickly but didn't provide solutions to the floor being dirty or where to dry our clothes.

- The tumble dryer didn't work, and there wasn't a drying rack to hang your clothes. - The mattress on the baby cot was too small, and there was a big gap, which was dangerous. - The radiator in the hallway didn't work. - the sofa in the living room was tiny. - the floor was dirty, and they didn't provide us with a mop and a bucket, so we couldn't clean it. Not great when you have two little children. They could also provide more equipment in the kitchen (tea towels, chopping boards).
