Ground Floor 2 Bed Flat Slateford

Main bathroom had recently been redone . Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Living room was spacious

When we walked in with our bags had to move a laundry bag full of laundry in order to get thru the door and there was a hole in the wall. Not a good first impression. Kitchen- we had to wash everything before we used it. Multiple dirty dishes and silverware. No well stocked . One fry pan that was unsafe to use. Reported to property management. They asked us to send pictures which we did. Said they sent to the owner but could not replace while we were there. Last word was”We will replace if we determine it is required”…. … No mirror in the main bathroom and mirror in the front bedroom is over the bed so totally unuseful. Had to use the mirror in the front room. Only 1/2 roll of toilet paper. Asked it that was normal and were told “ housekeeping reported there was a full roll so IF that is all that we really had they would reimburse us what we paid for the toilet paper. We rented for 2 nights 4 people they only allow for 1 roll of toilet paper?? En-suite bathroom has no toilet. Do not recommend this rental for any more than 2 people who do not want to cook and have very very limited bathroom needs.

-location (right next to convenient bus stops) -spacious -clean

-leak in ensuite ceiling every night which made it difficult to fall asleep - and had to put saucepans and bin in there ourselves to catch drips -WiFi connection very poor unless next to modem in living room -washer/dryer didn't dry clothes, still soaking after hours (had to travel home with wet clothes in bag) -kettle burnt at bottom and smelled, had to boil water for tea on stove in saucepan -no mirrors in bathrooms

Excellent and immaculate appartment. Located on good bus route into the centre of Edinburgh.

The main bathroom the shower ran hot and cold and the hot water pressure in bathroom and kitchen was very poor. Thankfully the ensuite shower was better.

it was very nice new apptt but a few things to be taken care of for eg no garbage bags

the parking place permit was expired and was not mentioned and it was very disturbing they put a ticket and we had to again and again remind the property
