Spacious Studio Apt (Myeong-dong)

The host was very communicative, and just left the key in the mailbox so it was easy for me to came in whenever I needed to.

As a young woman traveling alone, the area the property was in and the place itself felt a little sketchy and just caused me to worry a bit while I was staying there. The property was also not the cleanest, but in the end it was a place to stay and it worked out fine.

Spacious room, with washing machine, comfy bed and all necessary amenities.

Some renovation work could be welcomed

남산 한옥마을에서 한국의 전통을 엿볼수 있었고 전철역이 근처에 있어 어디든 다니기 편리했다. 방은 넓직해서 활동성이 편했고 방의 난방과 온수가 좋았다.

1. 침대 이불 색깔이 너무 어두워 지저분하단 선입견이 들었다.색깔을 밝은색으로 교체해주면 좋겠다 2. 수건이 마치 주방 행주같았고 사용이 불편했다. 일반적인 수건으로 교체했으면 좋겠다. 3. TV 채널읕 4~5가지 채널로 고정되어 있고 일반 지상파조차 볼수가 없었다. 4. 커피 포트는 아예 작동을 하지 않았다 5.현관 신발매트는 신을 벗고 신을때마다 말려서 불편,없는게 나을성싶다.

Host/owner was flexible and accommodated well my check-in.

It was a spacious and private studio apartment, nothing shared with anyone. A central location for tourists and businessmen.

Everything was perfect

Clean, cozy, and perfectly located just steps from Myeong-dong’s food and Chungmuro Station, shopping, and late-night buzz. Great value for the price, with a quiet room that made it easy to rest after exploring Seoul at night.
