"Nice stay."

It was a spacious room in a central location for tourists. All the amenities were available. Myeong-dong and other tourist locations were easily accessible.

"Very good value for what it is. Great place to crash for a couple of nights while you visit seoul."

The location is good, communication was great and it was clean

Decoration could be improved and it’s all a little bit old. Also, a night lamp would be ideal.

"Do not recommend at all, horrible."

The keys were placed outside the door without any protection. The airconditioner was MOLDY. There were COCKROACHES. The host was very impolite and unwilling to cooperate with us and give us a refund. He was very threatening and harsh. The overall cleanliness of the place was terrible. Crumbs and dust and hair everywhere. The host does not follow Korea’s recycling system. Do not book this place! Don’t support this.

"Great stay at Spacious Studio (Myeongdong) !"

We had a great stay at this place! The staff is super nice and replied quickly whenever we had a question about the location. Although finding the place was a bit tricky when we checked-in, it is incredibly well located to visit the city. It is 10/15 minutes to Myeongdong on foot, and very close to Chungmuro station (5 minutes) which lets you roam easily in Seoul with the subway. We found it comfy and well equipped for a two person stay during a few days. Also the neighbourhood was calm and quiet. The only downside would be the lighting. During the day there's few sun exposure inside the room (which isn't a problem since you're outside) but at night the main light is too bright. If you could change it, the place would be perfect !

Great location. Owner helpful. The bed was comfortable. Calm area. Hot water

Decoration of the flat not modern enough. Was a bit smelly … maybe coming from mould or canalisation.

"Misleading descriptions but a great price and location"

Great location and price

Very noisy, and the room was moldy. The descriptions were misleading since instead of a garden view the window showed a rock wall with a bunch of rubbish placed between the window and the wall, no dishwasher and instead of a TV with netflix there was only a TV with no connections smart or otherwise.
