No aircon ,dirty surroundings before you reach the actual apartment ..garbage bins and dirty lifts Can be difficult to find .And most importantly there was a £300 deposit which wasn’t reflected on the booking

Difficulty recognising post code on the sat nav and Google maps.. Could do with a rubber bath mat too as a bit slippery when showering.
GBThe Location was superb. However, photos do not show the grim exterior. The flat is in a large, modern, bleak block of flats. The car park is badly lit, and the entrance is dark, gloomy, and forbidding. The flat is decorated in modern style, but paintwork is marked and needs a touch up. The bathroom mirror is rusty and broken. The property has electric radiators that warm up fast, BUT it is horrendously noisy. The lounge radiator bangs so loudly that you have to turn up the TV volume. The larger bedroom radiator squeals. We had to ask how to get hot water and heating in the bathroom. A booklet explaining these details would be useful. The property company reply quickly. The flat looks clean on the surface, but there is mould on bathroom grouting, which cleaners could easily remove. I dropped my earrings and moved the single bed. There was a dirty tissue under the bed. So cleaning staff need to vaccuum under and behind beds. The sofa in the lounge is very hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom sink is far too shallow. You turn on the tap & water spills over onto the floor. The bath panel was broken. There were a few issues - noisy radiators, no hot water and grubby, gloomy entrance. But the location is fantastic, and the property is good value so I would recommend it for a weekend away.

GRGreat location with its own parking. Management company was very friendly and accomodating, modern clean flat with good heating. Nicely decorated.
Theree are no draws in the kitchen, the bathroom sink is too small and water falls out and the socket that was not working in the kitchen on my last visit is still not working. The automated messages that come from either booking or teh agent can worry you make you think you have booked the wrong date or that you haven't done something
