GRLovely property at a great location. Very nice for my holiday. Parking under the flat that helps a lot, the heating was ace, the kitchen was beautiful and the whole flat was modern and nicely done. The location is also great. Park the car and you step out into the city centre.
As always I fint the agents average prior to arrival especialluy when it comes to non helpful and short answers when you need help like having a hire var and having to declare the number plate after arrival. The answers are not explenatory or helpful. The answers I ws getting were like: TYou will not be able to park there until wwe have the number plate. AND THAT WAS IT. Not we understand as soon as you pick up your vehicle make sure to forward us the number plate adn we will take care of it...

Admin staff were confused with booking dates. Subtracted breakage deposit twice. Difficult to find.
IEThe apartment was fab, and the location was excellent. The pre check in instructions were great. We had an issue with the key, which was dealt with promptly and followed up to ensure that it had been sorted.
The extraction fan in the bathroom wasn't very effective. There wasn't a left luggage facility

DEVery nice little flat. Nicely furnished, everything necessary available. Our check-in email didn't arrive, but we were helped quickly by phone. We were also asked several times if everything was OK or if we needed anything else.
The corridor to the flat had an unpleasant odour. The heating in the bathroom could not be switched off.
