Holiday Home in the Heart of Riga

Отличные апартаменты в самом центре города, мы очень рады, что остановились в них. Очень просторно, все необходимое для жизнедеятельности имелось. Были даже настольные игры. В общем и целом поездка вышла крутой как минимум только благодаря этим апартаментам😋

The owner was super cooperative and helpful, the home was filled with all the essentials (toiletries, towels, hairdryer, kitchen completely functional with coffee and tea, also a washing machine with the fabric soap), the house was very cosy and the temperature inside was perfect.

If you use the rooms upstairs the windows are dark enough, but if you use the room downstairs the sunlight will pass trough, so mind to bring a sleeping mask if light is uncomfortable for you.

The location worked wonderfully, being in the central, and having easy access to nearly anywhere in Riga, with groceries also being within the next block. The public transport was very economical and easy to use. The cute little courtyard and private steps inside to the home were very quaint and picturesque. The home street itself sported a beautiful view and seemed very safe.

Location was absolutely perfect

Cleanliness was out of the window - dust everywhere - TV was wearing a fluffy hat, how much dust was on it, cobwebs everywhere. Lots of random stuff in cupboards and wardrobes, like a broken floor lamp in one of the bedrooms upstairs. There was a washing machine for us to use,,,of course, broken one, we didn't know about that,,,loaded our washing in,,, all good, and then it's started to show error code,,, we managed to get our clothes out,,, smell of water was disgusting 😕,,, reported it to the ovner, he promised to send somebody to fix it,,, we went to Valmiera for 2 days,,, came back to the house,,, texted guy about washing machine, his reply was that problem with washing machine is to serious to get it sorted so he is going to replace it on Monday. He was lying,,, we left some our stuff folded on a top of the machine, pack of washing powder,,, nothing was moved, mot a millimeter,,, how can you try to fix something without moving it,,, there is a frying pan in kitchen,,, sooooo badly used and old,,,, some electric sockets are hanging out of the wall,,, If you have a choice, please don't stay there!!!!!

The owner has relisted the property on booking. Com Promised 10% back and never sent it. Two children injured in property. Filthy dangerous place. Glass on floor. Washer left full of water flooding bathroom. One ring on cooker working. Freezer wouldn't shut. Dirty bedding. Stair still broke
