FLORIT FLATS - The Pitiusas Rooms

Location of the room. Everything is in a walking distance, well connected over public transfer. Also, lots of shopping centers nearby. Gulliver park is awesome if you are traveling with the kids.

Room is actually a former store, "remodeled" to be a room. It was really, really cold, even with the provided additional heating element. System for unlocking of the room is quite slow.

Muy bonito y muy bien equipado, además de una ubicación excelente, muy cerca de la ciudad de las artes y las ciencias y el parque Gulliver.

Hemos ido en plena ola de frío, y la estancia es bastante fría. A pesar de contar con aparato de aire, este se notaba muy poco.

La ubicación cercana a la ciudad de las ciencias y las artes. La amabilidad de la persona que me atendió por teléfono porque no funcionaba la apertura de la puerta por la aplicación.

Es un local remodelado, con puertas de cristal que aunque están tintados se ve el interior. Es como estar en la calle. No está bien aislado. Hace frío. Incluso con el aire al máximo.

Lligging

Lawaai van alle kanten, totale afwezigheid van enige isolatie. Je hoort de buren zelfs snurken.

Apartment was spacious and nice big bathroom and shower. Coffee machine in the kitchen and having the option of a washing machine was good. Location was great for exploring the area and was close to amenities

Bathroom: more towels available not enough for 4 people for 4 nights. Needs a toothbrush holder. Was welcomed with 1/4 of shower gel, more toilet roll had to buy more. Beds: on the booking.com picture was under the impression we had booked and would get 2 singles for our guests but they had to share a sofa bed. Very thin walls so much so that you felt like the guests next door were in your room! Sleepless night.

Comfortable and in a good location. Clean and well maintained. The facilities were also good.

The faucet in the bathroom leaked and was often on the floor. The kitchenette was good but lacked a hot plate (there was a provision for it but it just was a cavity in the table)
