Everything was fine! Cleanliness, facilities, bathroom, especially location. It was superb!

What we did not like about the property was the noise from the neighbour room. We were there with our 2 kids and whenever the neighbours used to come home, it was like if they were in our room. I would definitely do something regarding the noise insulation. The other thing was that I had thought that we would be having 2 single beds instead of the sofa. The sofa itself was not as comfortable as a bed, but it was ok. I would change the add as it is misleading .

No sound proof at all. There is a hole between the window and the wall which lets the sound from the adjoining apartment. And trust me you will hear any small noice from the Neighbours. Actually you will live with them together. Awful experience.

Application for unlocking the doors, very clean, great location, very easy access.

All clean and comfortable, new kitchen equipment and bathroom. Landlord left some tea and coffee. Very good location (10 min near oceanarium) Have some problems with searching location( app gave wrong location) . Need more clarity instruction. And this is ground floor.
