The whole Apartment was well appointed, immaculate and everything we needed: The sauna and pool were great. And the Ama Agee was fabulous. Couldn’t do enough for us. Excellent

Drilling and construction in the area, so we couldn't open any windows and it was noisy but if the construction is done, it will be a 5 star rating for me

Construction noise next door (10 hours of jack-hammering from 7 am). Likely a temporary thing… We had to walk to another hotel for breakfast about 200m away.

Just a wonderful four nights on Cat Ba. The manager was amazing! So friendly, so helpful, so kind. Location was perfect in Cat Ba town. All the stores and restaurants you need are right around you, and you are a short walk from the canon fort and also to the beaches. It’s also a short journey to the main access point to the bay and the islands. The apartment was fantastic. It is a new establishment, but everything is well put together. This didn’t bother us, but be aware that we ended up having to provide our own soap and shampoo. Not a big deal at all to our family, but I know some people care. That said, these apartments are worth much more than the price and I doubt you can find a better deal in town.

It was close to the city centre, the apartment was quite clean as its just been renovated

The apartment needs to be more equipped with utensils, cups, bowls & plates. And should include some daily water

We absolutely loved the Kien Ngoc Villa and the service there. The Pool is a wonderful amenity for relaxation, food and drink both in the morning and evening. Everyone was so nice and attentive, The staff are very gracious and helpful in making recommendations, the staff is amazing and offer only the best customer service. Receptionist of the most friendly people I have met, and have us Lan Ha Bay tour full day. They remember my name the first interaction and took notes of anything I liked or was interested in. He was very knowledgeable about life in Cat Ba island and the Lan Ha - Ha Long bay. Thank you Kien Ngoc Villa Cat Ba. You made our stay memorable.

Excellent experience! Everything was the best in every aspect. Excellent staff as well! The staff was wonderful, always polite and attentive. The Rooms, pool, and restaurant were all excellent. Kids were so happy during the stay because they has swimming in swimming pool here and the newly opened sauna was also great. Also the food there is authentic! If I get the chance next year, I would like to go again. Strongly recommended!

We went to Cat Ba and stay in the Kien Ngoc Villa just 2 days. Kien Ngoc Villa was really great, the apartment room is still very comfortable for 4. The staff there are very enthusiastic, The staff from the front desk was extremely helpful, he suggested us the Lan Ha bay tour and it was really worth experiencing. And they have swimming pool, It was a swimming pool garden view, it's pretty and we going to take a rest comfortably. The swimming pool is pretty, and it's good to take pictures because the lights come on at night. Oh, it's good to take pictures. The pool is big and I like it. I like it. I'm going to go. I'll use it again when I come to Cat Ba next time!
