"Best place to stay with great customer service by Whisky"

Whisky was the best person for everything. From start to end he was on top of everything and available 24×7 on WhatsApp for help if he is not on desk. At one point, on one message only he arranged so many things for breakfast for kids and he made sure that kids were catered well as per request. We were 2 families with 4 children. They all absolutely loved their stay and location was just too good too as there were so many restaurants, beaches near by, night clubs, spa and massage place, coffee shop and laundry etc.. all in the area. Whisky was even kind enough to give sauna facilities on next to swimming pool for 30 minutes free of charge for us too when only I went to ask that why is shut and not working? He said normally its extra charge for this and its not included in your stay however I will do it for you all. It was overall perfect stay for us apart from there were couple of 🪳 cockrochs in the room/bathroom where my friend was staying.

My friends and I rented an apartment here, and we had a great time. The place was clean and comfortable, everything worked well. excellent hot water pressure in the shower. The air conditioning worked properly. Good breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful when I had lots of questions about things. If you come to Cat Ba town, I definitely recommend staying here.

Close to town center, beach and tons of resturants. Its quiet place too. Manager Mr. Wishy is very reliable and helpful gentleman. Basically he acted like travel agent and arranged all our travels during our 4 days stay. Each morning he also prepared different local foods for us. Isn't it cool!
