Big spacious apartment Breakfast small buffet - bread, eggs, jam Located in the middle of Cat Ba near lots of restaurants, day trip organizers, cafes, mini marts

No floor towels provided, floors very slippery, so after a shower, bathroom very dangerous. I slipped and badly bruised my leg, ankle and back. My husband told the manager but he didn’t care at all. Very disappointed. Also hot water didn’t last. Apartment was not cleaned properly, hygiene sticker on sink, sweet wrapper on floor, very old vanity packets in bathroom drawer going moldy!

Spacious apartment very clean and comfortable during our stay. Pool is nice. Busy street lots of food to choose from.

Breakfast doesn’t cater for westerners, I believe a lot of Vietnamese people visit cat ba and we’re staying at this hotel for holidays just something to be mindful of if adding on breakfast there’s only Vietnamese styled food available. Hard to get taxis in cat ba aswell no one wants to give you a lift

Great location, nice apartment

Staff slept in the reception, didn't know how to process our payment, and the cleaning wasn't great. The pool turned green and we couldn't use it, which was very disappointing as this was one of the main reasons we booked here.
