Firstly and importantly we had cash money stolen from our room. The villa does not provide safes in the rooms, which we asked about and we were assured that there would be no issue as each floor had ctv. So much for the security at the front desk and the ctv didnt deter the person who helped themselves to the money. After we reported the cash missing, they did question whether it was a mistake on our behalf, but definitely not. They did check their ctv and discovered the thief and supposedly got the police involved but Im not sure this did actually happen. The hotel knew exactly how much was stolen, which was more than we first reported and the owner returned the amount in viet dong. Lots of apologies from the owner and an offer of future free accommodation but the opportunity for the thief should never have arisen and I believe it was an inside thief but cannot confirm this as the owners English was non existent and the interpreter was not telling us everything.Be warned if you stay here, lots of other places to stay instead.

Money stolen from our room, although the hotel fessed up and took the blame, lack security and no safes contributed to the issue. Bound to have been an inside thief but can't confirm for sure as the explanation why and how was difficult as English wasnt the first language. STAY here at your own RISK based on my experience

Breakfast was at a hotel nearby, pretty average. there are many eating places nearby so its better to eat there!!!

A Microwave would have been nice. Otherwise no complaints. The pool basically is not open for most of the day. And anyway it's too sunny to swim in the daytime. good location and all.

Hung was very attentive and helpful. He booked some tours and a transfer for us. The tours were excellent. We loved the 2 bedroom apartment which was fitted out nicely. The pool was fantastic and the property very well located.

Very good location for our trip to Lang Ha. The staff were super friendly and very helpful for booking anything. Even offered to take me to a supermarket to buy some wrapping paper! The rooms are big, well equipped and the beds were very comfortable and quiet.

It was fresh, clean and modern. Great location and lovely staff. Organised a day boat trip for us too and that was brilliant.

The apartments are in a great location on Cat Ba Town. The rooms were clean, neat and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The terrace with the pool was not so well maintained - there is currently a lot of construction going on in the area and this could have been the reason why. There was a lack of basic kitchen ware, eg cups, glasses, bottle opener.

Swimming pool on the roof, rooms were clean and tidy. Stuff helpfull. Wine opener delivered upon request. After first breackfast on the "balcony", we requested to get next one inside. Uor request has been fullfilled.

Breackfast at 7th floor when 11 degree outside... to cold for that. Lack of forks. Coffee was cold when we have breackfast on the "balcony" but it was 11 degree. Location of the hotel is very good however buildings around and suroundings could be more clean.
