Wonderful place!! The apartment is new, with really good facilities . Super friendly and helpful staff ( They speak good english) Breakfast is a sort of buffet with many options. Our plan was to stay just one night but decide to stay another night for the good value of money of the place.

It seemed to be a newly built apartment block with comfortable and high standard of modern facilities - especially the mirror de-mist feature! Our family room included two bathrooms with very good showers. There was a lovely (albeit small) roof-top pool. The location was fine for Cat Ba Town and very good value for money when we visited.

We visited relatively shortly after Typhoon Yagi caused extensive damage to Cat Ba town including the hotel street where drains and pathing was all being replaced, so a bit of a building site - but no doubt only temporary and will be fine when complete. We never found the room safe which was listed in the facilities and the door bell was not working, but these were quite minor issues. Breakfast choice was limited, and somewhat ad-hoc, but a personal service as we seemed to be the only guests for a couple of days! The lift was rather small, particularly for luggage but that is common in Vietnam.

The staff is extremely very friendly, even since before we come to the hotel. We got lost when trying to find Tuan Chau pier to Gia Luan, they sent us the direction. I had to cancel our original boat tour, and they helped us find a new tour in last minutes and it was much cheaper. We were about buying night kayak tour to see glowing plankton, as the tour company tried to convince us we can see planktons. but the hotel were very honest telling us no planktons in December. It is like having local friends when staying at this hotel. Room is very very clean, and new. Breakfast is limited at options, but they offered to cook something else only for us. Location is very good, close to everything. Very pleasant stay, thank you very much for your hospitality!

We found the property to be excellent value for money. The rooms were exceptionally large and the fittings in the room and in the bathroom seemed new. We are really thankful to Nhung, who was working at the reception. She was really helpful and provided some excellent recommendations. Further, she helped us with luggage storage as well. Overall, the experience was amazing and I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Whilst it was clean. Could provide bathmats. Breakfast is mediocre but is made up by the room.
