El apartamento es excelente. Como puntos fuertes hay que destacar la ubicación (la zona es muy tranquila que permite un buen descanso y cerca de zona comercial y servicios), la comodidad, la limpieza, la decoración (moderna con muebles nuevos), la orientación que permite la entrada de luz durante todo el día, los detalles (elementos de limpieza y aseo a estrenar)Tiene todo lo necesario para tener una estancia muy agradable, incluso una secadora de ropa. Es tal y como se ve en las fotos. La acogida y la atención por parte de la anfitriona fue inmejorable. En resumen: excelente relación calidad precio. Totalmente de acuerdo con las valoraciones positivas que leí antes de elegir este apartamento. Para repetir y recommendar sin ninguna duda.

The apartment is well equipped, they had everything we needed. The host was so kind to even keep a welcome gift for us, provided additional towels, the apartment was cool when we came in. Check-in and check-out instructions were promptly provided, and the host made it very easy for us to travel. There's a Spar grocery store at the end of the street, and is well stocked.

Nothing we did not like about the apartment itself. It is 15mins from Las Palmas airport however we did not find much public transport around, so would recommend hiring a car to travel around the Island. Maspalomas is 40mins & Roque Nublo is ca. 90mins by drive.

Súper bien ubicado sin el bullicio de la capital, muy limpio, con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios; aire acondicionado, lavadora, secadora, cafetera, microondas y lo necesario para cocinar, incluso hay tuppers por si te apetece comer en la playa, en una excursión, etc. Las fotografías reflejan exactamente cómo es el apartamento. Si te gustan los lugares luminosos entra el sol todo el día, en mi opinión, una maravilla, y si te molesta para dormir, hay cortinas gruesas para bloquear la entrada de luz. Al entrar te encuentras con una cesta grande de fruta autóctona, los aguacates una delicia. Y Vanesa, súper amable, disponible y un encanto.

Para nuestro gusto las almohadas son duras, pero obviamente eso es subjetivo.

Beatiful and modern apartment, SUPER clean, everything smelling nice when checking-in. Check-in was smooth, we received the code even before 3pm. Hosts are responsive and very kind! Multiple clean towels, beach towels and blankets are available, more than you need. Additionally, there is a washing and drying machine, which made the stay very comfortable! We also had soap, (body wash was missing), dishwashing liquid, capsules for washing, and a hairdryer. The kitchen is fully equipped, big fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and complimentary coffee pods, tea, salt, olive oil. There is a microwave and an induction plate. We had 4 plates, large amount of cutlery, multiple mugs, wine glasses, 2 teflon pans (little scratched), 2 ceramic pots, and 2 steel pots. It was a fully functional kitchen, you could basically cook anything you wanted on a vacation, except for over food, but who wants to bake on vacation, right? There are 2 A/Cs, one in the living room, one in the bedroom. While some people mention, that the street light in shining right into the living room window, if you close the curtains, and close the bedroom door for sleeping, that is no problem at all. If you rent a car, the apartment is in perfect spot, Maspalomas is 40 mins away, Las Palmas even less, and you can go to Telde Alcampo for groceries. So overall, very satisfied, would definitely book again!!!

Bed is a small, so unless you travel solo or with a partner, this could be an issue. Parking was a NIGHTMARE. The host offered a private space to be rented, but we didn't understand, if he/she already has it, why isn't it included in the price? So we decided not to pay for it. I recommend you try parking at Calle Agustin Peñate Peñate, there you are more likely to find a free space. When we parked in Calle Nayra, some locals threw wet paper and trash to our rented car, which is funny, because we are from mainland Spain, so we are also dumb tourists? Maybe they should blame the municipality for the parking issue, and not be aggressive towards other people?
