HUeverything is new and clean, normally equipped. enough space for a short stay for two people. kind and helpful owner. near private parking for extra but it worth the money, because a few parking place and lot of cars on streets there.
The building is new, but the surroundings are not exactly uplifting. The balcony overlooks the back of an industrial estate, the other window overlooks a mini scrapyard. The surroundings are not pleasant. The house is very narrow because the base is triangular, and the stairs are at the narrow top. The worst point is the bed. It is very small. My son and I, who are 13 years old, could not sleep comfortably. My legs were hangs out from the bed, there was not enough room to turn around so that the other person would not wake up. If you are 160cm tall and weigh a maximum of 50 kg, then two of you can sleep.
FRAppartement neuf, les équipements de la cuisine salle à manger, du salon et de la salle de bain sont neufs et jolis, La climatisation très appréciable. Quartier assez calme, au milieu des habitants. Une place PK qui peut être demandée en plus, car manque de place de PK autrement. Accueil sympathique de la propriétaire qui a été à notre écoute, avec à notre arrivée une grande coupe de fruits,une bouteille d'eau, de jolies serviettes de plage.
Le lit, un peu trop dur et trop petit pour nous (130) Le réverbère dehors éclairant un peu trop le balcon. Les 27 marches à monter, ( indiquer sur booking, qu'ils'agitd'un 2ème étage). Le bruit d'une route principale (assez près à vol d'oiseau) un peu gênant pour nous, ayant besoin de calme.

GBStunning apartment with an excellent host the fruit bowl and bottled water was a nice unexpected bonus. The streets around the property are very narrow and like most places on the island parking is at a premium.The host has a car park space nearby and if your parking skills are not good you would be better renting it. The street parking didn't detract from our experience but you need to be aware of it. Overall a beautiful property that we would certainly return to. I don't usually leave reviews however this property deserves to have an exceptional rating

SIThe apartment is almost new. Clean, lovely, has everything you need for your stay. Check in was smooth and simple. Bottle of water and fresh fruit is also such a nice touch. It means a lot when you arrive tired after long hours of travelling.

NLGreat location, brand new. Very good contact. The location is perfect if you have a car. We had it throughout our stay. You are halfway to Las Palmas, and halfway to Maspalomas, or Puerto Rico. On hand a market with good prices or a little further a Dino supermarket. Nearby is the kitesurfers' beach with brown sand El Hombre. 50 meters from the apartment is SPAR Marpequeña! Good prices! You will always find parking, sometimes look for it!
