Solaria - Villa Ludduì

Emplacement super, à condition d'avoir une voiture car le logement est situé en haut d'une colline. Pour visiter la Sardaigne, il est de mon point de vue dans tous les cas essentiel d'avoir une voiture. Nous avons pu faire le check in dès le matin car notre vol arrivait très tôt et nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette flexibilité de la part de l'hôte. Les instructions étaient très claires, nous n'avons eu aucune difficulté à accéder au logement. On peut se garer juste devant ce qui est super et la vue est très jolie. Voisins très calme. Oui il y a des chiens qui aboient un peu comme le mentionnent d'autres commentaires mais ca n'a pas été gênant pour nous et la nuit était très calme. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la climatisation présente dans tout l'appartement.

Quand le soleil se lève il fait jour dans la chambre, car il n'y a pas de volets. Le matelas était très inconfortable, il faut absolument le changer. Le logement est très mal équipé en termes de vaisselle (par exemple, pas de planche a découper, une unique poêle en teflon rayée) et il n'y avait rien du tout en nourriture (meme pas de sel, poivre, huile d'olive, etc.)

Tolle Unterkunft, für uns als Familie sehr praktisch mit zwei Bädern, viel Platz, sehr sauber. Durch die Lage oben am Berg Aussicht auf die Bucht von Budoni. Kleiner, aber guter Supermarkt direkt in Agrustos, man muss zum Einkaufen also nur kurz nach unten fahren. Wenige Minuten mit dem Auto zu schönen Stränden. Guter Kontakt per Whatsapp mit der Vermieterin. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hierher kommen, danke!

Man braucht für alles ein Auto, da die Anlage oben an einem Berg liegt. Kleine Duschen, aber ansonsten nichts nennenswert negatives.

1. A bit stingy in terms of facilities - they left us 5 coffees in total for 2 adults for 6 days of accommodation... and we own a property that we rent as a hotel and we calculate at least 1 capsule/person/day accommodation Also, you get 2 tablets of detergent for the washing machine... if you stay for a week and want to rinse your towels after the beach... you have to buy them yourself... in all the other locations where I stayed at the beach I had this facility at discretion, as is normal 4. One afternoon when our baby was sleeping, we woke up in the garden with a gentleman who simply came over us to mow the lawn and who moved our things making a pile of our clothes as he pleased. .. I think it would be professional to announce when there are customers there and not to be disturbed considering that we are paying for that accommodation... or at least to be notified that on day x someone is coming to cut off the gas, so that we avoid he gets hold of our personal things and throws them out there as he pleases... 5.
