Solaria - Villa Ludduì

We liked how spacious and clean it was. Everything was thought of and there were all the necessary amenities. Gorgeous house!

Very nice villa with perfect view on the seashore. If you want to rest and spend pleasant time with your family it's the right place.

- beautiful view - no mosquitos - air conditioning in every bedroom, bathroom and dining room - sun umbrella at disposal - starter kit with dishwashing liquid, waste disposal bags, etc. - welcome kit with local cosmetic products was a very nice touch - waste recycling

- upon arrival we were told, that we need to pay 15 EUR per hour after normal check-in hours for late check-in. This fee is not mentioned in booking terms. - the doors in the apartment are poorly sealed so there is quite a draft inside when it's windy, which is almost everyday - the shower box is too small even for average person, there is a massage insert which doesn't work but only takes the space of the 80x80 corner shower box - there are two barking dogs right behind the fence which bark day and night so we got only 2 nights of sleep out of 8, it was unbearable to sleep even with all doors and windows and window shutters properly closed, otherwise it would be a good place to spend a vacation

Great apartment! Well equipped apartment with a spectacular view over Budoni. All the facilities needed, air conditioning in every room including the bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The host Francesca was super helpful!
