I love this little apartment so much! The rustic character really appeals to us, and the location could not have been better. We stayed right in the middle of San Gimignano. Real Italian living! Also the modern convenience of the television streaming services was a big plus.

Nothing to dislike about this apartment!

Finding the property was still a problem and I suggest in addition to written instructions a focused street map would be helpful as we walked past the streeet several times and a local helped us eventually.

It was never clear that there was no vehicle access so I followed the written instructions thinking it allowed vehicles in to drop off bags. Hopefully I will not be fined. I did park cheaply in P1 for 2 days. That should have been explicit in guide to unit

Excellent accommodation right in the center of the medieval fortress of San Gimignano. Large apartment, extremely clean, furnished with taste and refinement. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The host's special attention to detail, everything to make us feel good. The host (whose name is Cinzia) answers very quickly to questions on What's Up and phone. Cinzia is a very discreet host, very refined in taste and attentive to details for clients ( she offered us a bottle of excellent local wine as a welcome gift). Long story short, it was a very pleasant surprise to stay in her apartment in the center of San Gimignano. We will definitely come back! Thank you very much for this excellent experience Cinzia!
