Well situated within the centre all be it a bit of steep to access but none the less a very pleasant stay

Nothing not to like

We really enjoyed staying here, very central and easy to get around.

It was a very hot time and the fans were not really able to keep us cool at night.

Cinzia is a wonderful host. Always available and amenable. Check in was easy. The flat is very clean and well arranged. Situated in a beautiful medieval setting. Close to the city center where there are cafés, restaurants, ice cream parlors and leather boutiques. We came with our kids and there was a playground and a football pitch within walking distance.

It was very clean. Such cute and beautiful apartment! And the location... Omg! Right in the middle of the historical center of San Gimignano. Can not be better! Even if we did not meet the host, we felt like she really liked having us there. We got a bottle of local wine and felt welcome. This is a really adorable apartment. When we got problems the host answered really quickly via sms. Such a great host and this place should get a "10" if not the few negative things described below.

1. Kind of hard to find. We had to ask a person we met on the street. A simple drawing on a Google map, sent to us in advance, should have spared us time and energy. 2. Tough stairs and hills. 3. The parking- a 10 minutes walk away- was expensive. 4. One has to get through three gates/doors and it was hard to understand how it worked. We had to send sms to the host a few times.
