IMPORTANT. NO HOT WATER in the property! This is NOT a one-time issue, other guests mentioned it before. Very disappointing stay. The apartment is very tiny, old, and worn down. Photos are misleading. No sea view at all, view on the gate, and no washing machine as expected. Overall feels neglected and poorly maintained. Would not recommend to anyone.

The apartament is located in a very beautiful area, surrounded by nature , with a lovely garden and a nice pool. You can clearly see that the place was designed with creativity and inspiration from Cesar Manrique- the lava shelves at the bed and the red sofa were truly charming touches .

However, some aspects of the accommodation did not match our expectations. The interior is quite simple and a bit outdated, with signs of wear such as peeling plaster and a mild musty smell. The listing states 55 m², but this seems to include the terrace; the actual indoor space feels closer to 35 m². The ceilings are also quite low (around 2.10 m), which may feel a bit tight for taller guests, and the apartment receives limited natural light, making it rather dark inside. It is also important to mention that the apartment uses an electric instant water heater instead of a full boiler. Because of this, two guests may find it difficult to take warm showers consecutively, even when being mindful of water usage. The outdoor area is definitely beautiful and peaceful, but guests who value more indoor space, good lighting, or consistent hot water might find the accommodation less comfortable. Overall, the surroundings are lovely, but the apartment’s condition and size may not fully justify the price.

Très bel endroit et très calme. La décoration extérieure est superbe.

- Personne pour nous accueillir alors qu'on nous avait demandé notre heure d'arrivée pour qu'il y ait quelqu'un, heureusement que des amis du propriétaire étaient sur place par hasard. La clé se trouvait dans une boite à code mais nous n'avions pas le numéro. - Villa Bailey se trouve sous la plage de la piscine, il faut oublier la grâce matinée le jour de passage du pisciniste pour l'entretien.
