Elite World Marmaris - Adult Only

I'm staying here for 2 nights enjoying my holiday and this is how I feel about the hotel. 1. Hospitality staffs, welcoming with smiles especially Beyza assist me with translation from English to Turkish.😎 2. Very efficient staff helping me out (Beyza as well♥️) with an extra guest staying over, they charged with a reasonable price.🥰 3. The room are fancy, relaxing and clean. I book a room facing the sea side which is wonderful. 4. They have almost everything that I don't need to walk out the hotel and enjoy my vocation. Restaurants, spa, gym, Turkish bath, 24/7 dessert shop.🥳 5. Although most of the staff they don't speak English, they still know what I need and try to offer and assist me more which is out of expectations. 6. 3 minutes to the beach, the location is just perfect. 7. They provide the snack time in the afternoon which is great! 8. Provide swimming poor which is relaxing, I can either join the poor or sunbathing. 9. Live music plays at the dinner time which makes me feel entertained while having my dinner. 10. The room charge covers almost everything which is marvelous, even there are some additional charges, they will let you know about the price in advance and never ask you to purchase.

Food was amazing, stuff was very friendly, room was very clean

Hotel is surrounded by very noisy bars/pubs, sound of the music at night can be very disturbing for those who looks for peaceful vacation

The loud music from the bar outside. Could not sleep until 01.00

Das Servicepersonal war sehr nett, schöne Berge in der Umgebung mit toller Aussicht, sauberer Pool und das Essen war gut. Reinigungspersonal freundlich. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet. Der Strand war nicht weit weg und es gibt schöne Strandbars in der Umgebung. Das Hotel war auch Katzenfreundlich - das hat uns gut gefallen. Das Fitnessstudio war auch gut.

Keine Hoteleigene Bar am Strand, WLAN Empfang im Hotel teilweise sehr schlecht - mussten einmal das Zimmer wechseln, Betten etwas unbequem (persönliche Meinung), Zimmer Reinigung war so lala (es lag zwischendurch teilweise viel Staub auf dem Boden), einige Mitarbeitende an der Rezeption könnten netter bzw. gastfreundlicher sein - grüßen teilweise auch nicht (vor allem russische Dame nicht sehr serviceorientiert). Laute Bar direkt nebenan (ab 12 Uhr ist aber Schluss). Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis fanden wir für das Hotel nicht so gerechtfertigt. Für das Ausleihen für ein Bügeleisen wird 50€ Deposit verlangt und 10€ muss man für die Nutzung zahlen (haben sowas auch noch nie erlebt). Mosquitonetz am Fenster wäre gut gewesen.
