Maalesef temizlik açısından hayal kırıklığı Odaya girdiğimizde odanın temizlenmediğini fark ettik Sanki sadece yatak örtüsü değiştirilmiş geri kalan hiçbiryer temizlenmemişti Bunu yetkililere bildirdiğimiz halde kimse gelip odaya bakmadı Yerler toz içindeydi banyo lavabo kesinlikle temiz değildi yerlerde birçok lekeler vardı Camlar pencereler heryerde lekeler vardı Hayal kırıklığı

Beyza Hanim gelir gelmez bizi guler yuzuyle karsiladi ve konaklamamiz boyunca bizimle ilgilenmesi cok hostu. Isini ozenle yapan insanlar gormek harika. Oteli cok sevdik, yemekler gun boyu lezizdi. Garson arkadaslar islerini eksiksiz yaptilar. Aromaterapi masaji da cok iyi geldi, sakinlemek ve rahatlamak icin ideal.

Konum güzel

Oda Yalıtımı zayıf. Yemekler ortalamanın altında biri bu otelin yemeklerine iyi diyorsa daha önce lezzetli bir şeyler yememiştir. Fiyat performans asla değil.

poor location away from the beach plus the beach is almost public with zero privacy, pool always full bad towel quality , food is low in quality and varirty .

Location is very central and so close to the beach. There are 3 nights of entertainment a week. The offering of drinks is good and the snack bar did delicious pizzas and fried chicken. The Asian themed night was so varied and so much choice for a vegetarian.

Housekeeping wasn't great, it wasn't clear what thr cut off point was for them to clean the room and they were extremely loud in the mornings cleaning the hallway. The balcony doors were very good but unfortunately if you're on the sides near the bars it can be well into the early hours before you can grt to sleep as they're obnoxiously loud and mostly empty so might be a nice touch to add ear plugs to the rooms.

ripped off leaving the hotel where we were overcharged by 90 euro for a 60 euro masaage. Also one month after departing the hotel they charged over 300 euro to my card without my consent. Avoid this rip off hotel.

CLUB AROUND THE HOTLE ,

It is in a great location and I enjoyed the swimming pool area, the snack bar was great and the coffee shop. Beyza from guest relations and Sebastian from excursions were great. Any time we needed anything, always promptly responding via WhatsApp, even after the vacation which is awesome and a great touch. We booked one excursion for 2 people, but we had to cancel one person and they refunded straight away, no questions asked. Very much appreciated that.

My second time visiting, first time in 2021. It was not as clean as I remembered previously.
