The furniture is not clean, when I asked for an Iron, they said, you have to pay 10 euros for every day, it is definitely not a Five Star hotel

Friendly staff, great food and all-inclusive, good facilities (pool, turkish bad, sauna,..), private beach, clean room and bathroom,..

Our room was on the street side so we had lots of music from bars until 1-2 am The mattress on the bed was too firm/hard for us. The bedroom doors make too much (loud) noise when closed. Very annoying in the late evening and early morning. The walls from the rooms do not isolate enough all the noises from neighbouring rooms and hallway.

We liked the buffet food was perfect and delicious .

We like the location. It was a prime location.

The only highlight is extremely beautiful view ! The seaview room is definitely the best choice! Overseeing the sea and mountains! Beautiful. Ok food. The rest unfortunately has a lot to question.

The majority of the staff wasn't very friendly and high end service. I didn't like a very pushy massage man in the spa area. I was ver y looking forward to having a massage everyday but ended up doing it somewhere else because from the beginning the guy was so pushy and his selling technique was shaming other massage places and saying his place is the only best one. So inappropriate. The light in the shower in the spa was broken so you had to hit the wall to turn it on. No cold plunge after the sauna. The hotel didn't feel luxurious because of several reasons like for example: no food and drink service by the beach or pool-never seen anything like this! Every other hotel has this service and you claim it is because of the hygienic reasons you don't provide it- let's be honest it is just saving hassle for you and money so you don't need extra staff. The snack bar looks like some very cheap canteen for the homeless. The food there looked the same.. To get beach/pool towels you have to go spa and change it with towel card- very inconvenient and certainly not luxury. Man taking care of the beach is selling fruits- it should be all inclusive !!? How come he is allowed to sell it if you don't allow food on the beach because of the hygienic reasons ? It all doesn't add up. In general we loved the view and clean room and lovely cleaning ladies. The area of Icmeler and Marmaris is definitely not our cap of tea. Very cheap, tacky and not classy, spoiled by tourists.
