Elite World Marmaris - Adult Only

Although a smaller hotel, the swimming pool is relaxing and despite not appearing huge, there was never an issue getting a sun bed. The room was a good size, as was the en suite. Being adults only is a big win and as a result daytime felt very peaceful by the pool. Staff, especially the bar man in the evening, were friendly and tried to be helpful.

The food, unfortunately, was a big disappointment for us. Having read lots of great reviews, I did not see this coming. The selection is limited and very repetitive. The meat is low quality and is covered up in sauces to mask the taste. Despite being a huge meat eater, I did not eat meat the last few days. I was shocked that the chef did not understand "gluten intolerance". I was turned away from the a la carte restaurant as the chef was unable to make a steak gluten free - as you can imagine, this confused me. Food labels and ingredients were missing from the buffet, therefore each meal was frustrating and I ended up feeling embarrassed for constantly asking. This hotel has potential, however the biggest thing letting it down is the food.

Honestly do know where to begin but I will try. The view of the sea was amazing , the staff made me feel welcome and at home and food was excellent every single day. This was a very clean building not one area was dirty or left unchecked just truly immaculate.

The only criticism I would have would be for the gym as it was quite small and there was not really a lot of equipment available to use which meant I opted not to use the facility.

Best hotel in Icmeler both in terms of facilities and service. A special thank you to Ramadan at the Reception together with Arda and Damla at the pool bar. A big thank you to everyone in F&B as well. Their service is very attentive and the food was absolutely delicious everyday for lunch and dinner.
