Great location. Was able to walk around to many shops and eating places.

The front door lock is very tricky.

Clean with comfortable beds.

The stairs going to the 2nd floor were dirty.

The location in the Ukrainian Village was perfect, you can easily walk to stores and restaurants. The living-room area is really nice, and the beds were clean and comfortable. The place was spacious and had old charm.

The heating and water system was old and strange, and several things could be refreshened, especially the pans and pots that are either burned or scratched (not great because teflon...), so cooking was far from ideal. The paint on the bedroom walls is old and wearing off, and on the side facing the sidewalk the noise coming from outside was really loud, so the only way we could sleep was to go in the bedroom facing the inside of the building. But we could still hear the neighbor above through the ceiling.

I was impressed at how spacious and well set up the apartment is. It has a large kitchen, a Keurig, a comfortable family room and two good sized bedrooms.

It is a bit out of the way if you have business downtown. However, if you like walking, you can get downtown in just over an hour.

Location was perfect for exploring Chicago.Bus stop right at the front of building. Groceries nearby. Plenty food options. Apartment was spacious. Beds comfortable. Kitchen had good equipment, but kettle and new pan would be needed. Big screen TV with all the services. Check in was smooth and instructions was clear. Good value.

Blue line CTA station is 18min walk away which is not ideal, need transit by bus 50th. Can hear pretty much all street noise through windows, but thats not apartments fault. Apartment Needs more attention to cleanness, and tighten up dining chair leg screws.
