Very clean hotel with friendly staff. The buffet has great variety and the highlight is the coffee bar with great baristas. There is also a beer bar where you can get bottled beer with fresh popcorn and peanuts. The Rose bar next to the pool had really nice cocktails, we had a pinacolada almost everyday-highly recommended! We also loved the freshly baked gozleme. There are a good variety of activities throughout the day which keeps you occupied. They also have a kids club during the day and mini disco every evening for the entertainment of the little ones. The 80's party at the grass field was really amazing for adults in addition to the daily shows. We also booked a spa session which was great. The ladies who helped us were from Bali and the whole experience was great and very relaxing. We had the golden pakket which I highly recommend.

On Friday and Saturday's the hotel gets extremely crowded. There is a flood of guests coming in for the weekend which disrupts the quietness and peaceful environment of the hotel. It becomes difficult to find seating at the restaurant, need to wait long ques for getting drinks and lots of noise due to the crowded environment. It feels like hotels doubles in number of guests whereas the facilities are same. We have stayed 2 weeks and the same situation happened on both weekends. This was our second year at this hotel and this was not the case last year.

First of all , i had a little problem about the room When i booked through booking i choosed a family room concept with door in between But when i arrived they give me different one not like the photo shown on booking app However, I request to change the room and they accepted that and change it Second thing: as an ultra all inclusive, wifi should be free but you have to pay in the hotel for this service. But the price was affordable about 15 usd for 5 nights for 2 phones No electric kettle present in the room so if you wanna have something you have to go to the bar And its a Little bit problem when you have baby and you want to make them a milk at night Swimming pools not heated even the kid’s one Only the indoor pool

The hotel has a beautiful, large, and very well-maintained green territory. The beach is fantastic, clean, and there are always available sunbeds. The main restaurant was a highlight, offering a great variety of food with different themes in the evenings; the Oktoberfest night with a live band was particularly memorable. The staff in the kitchen and at the bar were hardworking and efficient. We were also very pleased that our request for a quiet room was honoured. As animal lovers, we were delighted to see that the hotel takes good care of the many cats living on the property. We also booked massage sessions, and it was great!

We were disappointed to find out that Wi-Fi is not free, which is unacceptable for a 5-star all-inclusive hotel in 2025. Many activities you'd expect to be free in an all-inclusive hotel (like tennis, pool or some other games) came with an extra charge. The housekeeping in the room was inconsistent; we had a persistent issue with getting our shower gel refilled, which took several days and multiple requests to resolve. There was also an unpleasant odour in the bathroom for the first couple of days. Also, the policy against taking food to the room was enforced in a very awkward manner.
