Le Jardin Resort Holiday Village

L'hôtel est propre et moderne. La nourriture est très variée et de bonne qualité (tout le monde trouvera son bonheur). Les animateurs proposent un bon nombre d'activités. Les spectacles du soir sont vraiment super !

Le personnel à la réception n'est pas d'une grande aide: ils ne répondent pas aux emails (avant l'arrivée) et ne savent pas renseigner sur les activités proposées par les animateurs. Pire : l'hôtel propose des cours Pilates tous les matins, mais le personnel de la réception ne sait non seulement où se déroule cette activité, mais ils ne savent même pas ce que sont les Pilates... Très très surprenant... Il a fallu chercher partout par soi-même. Dommage également que toutes les activités nautiques sur la plage soient payantes (très chères à mon goût).

Lot's of green territory makes up for very pleasant surroundings. Food was good and varied, and with lot's of options to have snacks outside main breakfast-lunch-dinner times. Stuff was helpful and non-intrusive.

Some rooms apparently have very noisy air conditioning systems. Swimming pools were surprisingly chill as well, provided that was stayed there in early October, so mid-summer they are probably as hot as the sea.

Location, beach and staff. Especially we are impressed with Lizaveta from animation team, who is really passionate about her job. Her Zumba and Pilates outdoor made us feel wonderful, it was remarkable. Would like to note beach, which was always highly maintained as well as garden. And of course for us as animal lovers it was a pleasure to cuddle with cats, who are living in hotel area.

Rooms not good at all this is not 5 star hotel rooms,not clean,beds old mattress not good at all , in bathrooms drain system water not going well, internet very bad ( if you want to go this hotel better get SIM card with Turkish providers )I paid extra money still I didn’t get internet it was working very slow in certain areas not in rooms, Food not many choices I bean many places in Turkeys holiday hotels this is very poor,definitely you can get better hotel for this price.

The food was OK

The staff were rude. I felt I was being treated poorly because of the colour of my skin. Many of the male staff members were staring at me and I felt uncomfortable as a woman.
