The staff specially on the front desk are not in anyway capable of handling people. Very impolite with Hajis

The staff were really nice and friendly. They made sure you’re comfortable. There was a mix up with my booking but it was handled and corrected swiftly. Location isn’t bad if you know your way around and it has some of the best gold jewelry shops around with some other shopping complexes. Everything you need is easily accessible and walkable. It is like 10 minutes from Haram by commercial bus. The hotel also provided shuttles round the clock for guests. It was a really good experience.

Rooms could do with a microwave 😔😔

Schoon (als het schoongemaakt wordt), sommige werknemers zijn top, verschillene faciliteiten in de buurt.

Rookgeur in de gang, mensen leggen hun vuilnis in de gng, sommige werknemers zijn asocial en niet heel fijn of duidelijk. Sleutels doen het steeds niet, dus heen en weer lopen om kaart te activeren, ramen gaan niet goed open, en het ergste is dat ik na 4x op 3 dagen achter elkaar als persoonlijk langs gaan met de verzoek tot schoonmaak mijn kamer niet schoongemakt is. En uit nood verblijf verlengd met 1 dag. Ze communiceerden dat ik later kon betalen, heb je wanneer je slaapt om half 12 iemand keihard op je deur beuken omdat je nog moet betalen!
