Très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel. Aucun service, personnel désagréable et peu professionnel. J’ai demandé plus de 4 fois qu’on fasse la chambre et qu’on change les serviettes, mais rien n’a été fait, même après avoir mis l’étiquette “nettoyage de la chambre” sur la porte. De plus, il n’y a aucun service de transport pour alharam et l’hôtel est très loin de la mosquée Al-Qatarie également ce qui rend les déplacements difficiles. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel.
