Eine wunderschöne Suite mit Frühstück auf der sonnigen Terrasse (unter Bougainvillea) mit Blick auf den Tejo und dem "Kreuzfahrtanleger" ist einfach unbeschreiblich. Das Haus konserviert die architektonische Zeit des Umbruch des 19./20. Jahrhunderts in einer besonders schönen Form. Es ist eine kleine Zeitreise in authentischer Form, absolut sehenswert. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen motiviert und sehr engagiert. Das Frühstück befriedigt auch gehobene Ansprüche. Die Lage ist sowohl per pedes als auch per U-Bahn/Bus sehr günstig.

Die eigentliche Anreise (die sich in jedem Fall lohnt) wird etwas unwahr dargestellt, eine eigentliche Anfahrt ist nicht direkt möglich. Der Gepäcktransport muss immer über Altstadtgassen und steilen Treppen erfolgen. Wohl dem, der einen motivierten Taxifahrer hat, der auch anpacken will/kann.

This hotel is beautiful and very unique. The staff was very helpful and kind and breakfast was wonderful.

This hotel is located in a great part of town and has beautiful views from the balconies, but it’s a bit tough to get to with suitcases as you have to go up a lot of stairs.

The staff of the hotel is excellent, polite, caring, friendly and cooperative 1000%. The breakfast is excellent. Great flavor, served with efficiency and excellent quality. The staff of the hotel and the breakfast deserve a 100 because meet the highest expectation.

The hotel does not have front door. The entrance of the hotel is at the BACK door. To get the entrance door you have to go through a very smelling alley where you'll find 7 bins full of smelling garbaje and the building installation is very uncomfortable. I would not recomend this hotel overall to seniors because there are many stairs to go up and down. Location apparently is good but believe me, the location is a nightmare. This is Marta Lozano

No elevator but staff were very helpful with heavy luggage .
