PLThe apartment exceeded my expectations. Well designed, comfortable, spacious, 1 minute walk from the main walking street yet silent. Nice terrace on top floor. Best option I could imagine.

My room was just off the communal area so there was a little noise from there but not overly bothersome
USCute place in a great location. It's on a side street just off the main street. It's very quiet, so you can get a great night's sleep. The check in process was easy. The bed was comfortable and we had good water pressure in the shower. There is a rooftop terrace that gives you a nice view of the ocean.
Two minor things to be aware of at this location. First, there are a couple of steps at the entrance. However the street is on a steep hill. So, that first step is a little awkward. Be careful as there are no handrails. Second, the balcony door in our room was broken. It could be opened, but you had to hold it in upright as you did so. This should be easily fixable. I'm not sure why it was left that way. The person checking us in knew this was a problem and cautioned us when we opened the door.
USIf you have a car, it is very difficult to get to the property.
USThe owner is excellent. They met us, provide loading & unloading in the zone. They were very helpful & cooperative. They allowed us an early check in & to keep our luggage after check out time. There is a common area with tables & chairs where there is water, coffee, tea, cookies etc for guests.
USThis property is located within the city center and parking is not available on-site. The owner met us at a prearranged location and took us to the property. He was extremely helpful and walked us through the city center recommending things for us to do. Restaurants were minutes from the hotel. Breakfast is not available but they do have snacks available in the common room.
