The property was very clean. The host also left us some water bottles which was very nice.

Everything was perfect. I would suggest if they have bigger bins or bigger bin bags as with family it was hard to find places to dispose of rubbish.

Tolles, modernes Appartement mit 2 Bädern, 1 Schlafzimmer und 1 Doppelbett auf Galerie. Alles da, was man braucht, sehr sauber und super gelegen (Nähe Dom). Betten waren sehr bequem.

Reservation des Appartements war sehr aufwändig (ID-Fotos und persönliche Angaben von allen Gästen, Selfie, Video-Call...). Hat sich aber gelohnt!

Great location

One bed only had a sheet on it, emailed and asked for a quilt( would have been very uncomfortable sleeping without it) and was told they couldn’t help. Just lucky there were cleaners preparing the room next door and they found a quilt.

Location was good and property was clean

Wifi did not work which was very disappointing. Was told to turn on and off but that did not work. Host did not provide any real support which again was disappointing.

Location is fantastic. Walking distance to everything. Very comfortable and spacious. Good kitchen facilities and toilets with washing machine and 2 bathrooms / showers. Additional sofabed in the living area.

Check-out time was 10am despite check-in time being 3pm! Never ever heard of this as it is not industry standards neither fair to paying customers. Location is fantastic but as it is next to a huge historical cathedral, expect to hear a lot of early bells ringing. Elevator was not working for our floor. Verfication process was a bit annoying as they request a video call.

Location was amazing. Air conditioning worked well in the intense august heat!

Wifi could be improved, kept dropping out and was unstable when it worked.
