Its in a good location 10 minutes walk to the harbour. It was very clean and well presented and spacious. Its very modern and I liked the tables and chairs especially as they really complemented the modern style. Parking was easy, but I think if we had arrived later there wouldn’t have been a parking space for the Stay2a customers.

The room is VERY dark and the spotlights and lamps did not make it feel bright or easy to see around the room. The bed was a little bit low and soft for my taste, but I understand that most people liked it and recommend. Beds do not suit everyone. The entrance to the rooms is clean but there was a very nasty smell of wet cloths which wasn’t very welcoming. This carried into the room too. Please do something to mark the edge of each stair. It is very hard to see amongst the wood where each stair edge is. This could be dangerous.

Location is perfect, room is cosy and considering it’s above a restaurant was very quiet. Good value for money overall, especially with the parking which was very handy

We experienced a few issues with the hot water during our stay. We were advised that if other rooms had recently used the baths, we’d need to wait around 20 minutes for it to heat up again. It took closer to 40 minutes, which meant we were running late for dinner and only one of us could shower. While the host was very apologetic and quick to respond, and I do appreciate the accommodation is great value for money, reliable hot water is really a basic expectation and would have been 10/10 if it weren’t for this recurring issue ( we couldn’t get hot water when we got back, or both shower again in the morning)

Food! 👏 amazing, staff great. Nice clean, spacious and relaxed atmosphere.

Great location and facility. Staff and restaurant below superb.

Hall way lights turn off too quickly when accessing the building. (when walking up the stairs they turn off)

Needs an extra sign to confirm which car park to use
