Above & Beyond at Warriston Lodge

Lovely accommodation - dog friendly and owners were very welcoming.

What an absolutely beautiful place and what an amazing warm and welcoming couple Nothing was too much trouble We fell in love with Moffat a beautiful place to visit and Above and beyond was absolutely amazing comfortable bed,big room,amazing bathroom every thing you could possibly need we felt so at home and spoiled,Karen and Dave are absolutely amazing so warm and friendly they actually make this place so special and I hope they feel extremely proud . We had such an amazing time we are going back for our wedding Anniversary we wanted somewhere special to celebrate and Above and beyond and moffat is the place xxxx Thank you so much We are looking forward to seeing you both in September to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We stayed 31st Dec for 2 nights I work in a busy Leeds Hospital so only just got chance to write this review sorry

There was nothing to dislike

The house setting and the room were beautiful, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud, the hosts (Karen and David) were amazing and nice cold glass of wine after a long drive was so much appreciated!

The room was fantastic and how nice to be greeted by the hosts and served a drink and chips. Very comfortable to have chairs. Great view

Breakfast was good. I usually enjoy having a downstairs breakfast, but it was fine. There were plenty of options for the food.

It was set in a lovely quiet area and close to the venue we were attending for a wedding. The owner was amazing and offered to take us to the wedding venue and even a cheeky welcome drink on arrival. Our room comprised of a comfy bed, separate and private bathroom and a living room for own use. Wish we had stayed longer to allow us to explore the area more

Breakfast was super. Owners were super friendly and helpful. I wanted to stay longer.

Nothing could’ve been better.

We had driven 7 hours from the Isle of Skye and received the warmest welcome ever from Karen and David. Our stay was incredibly comfortable and restful, exactly what we needed after a long drive and another 7 hour day of driving ahead! I highly recommend staying here and would stay here again in the future.

Location was great. Central, but not too central. Karen & David were lovely hosts, welcoming us with wine and even kindly taking us to the wedding venue! Great stay.
