Villa Emas 2BR Private Pool Villa

Housekeeping was at a good time (not too early). Rooms were nice. Kitchen lovely. Lots of close by venues.

Rattling doors, no microwave, (pans didn't have lids to reheat and cook properly. TV in smaller room didn't work. Towels were very old. Thin and falling apart.

I recently stayed at Ema's Villa in Seminyak and it was a fantastic experience. The property is exactly as shown in the pictures – beautifully decorated, well-maintained, and exuding a warm and welcoming ambiance. The caretaker was genuinely helpful, always available to assist with any requests and ensuring our stay was comfortable. The cleanliness of the villa was impeccable, with regular cleaning services that kept everything spotless. One of the best features of Ema's Villa is its location. It is very close to all the important spots in Seminyak, making it convenient to explore the area without any hassle. Overall, I absolutely recommend Ema's Villa. It offers great value for money, especially for a 2-bedroom villa. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again.

Great convenient location. Lovely pool, great air con, good facilities, well equipped kitchen, regular cleaning, helpful friendly and responsive staff. Pool float and a floating breakfast tray were provided for guest use.

Liked everything! The villa does show some signs of aging in comparison to photos but still great value for the price paid. Would suggest some bed linen/bathroom towels be updated as they are a bit aged. Lots of hot water available - but needed careful manoeuvring to get a temperature that was not too hot. Suggest guests let it run for a while before entering shower as I slightly burned myself not realising how hot it could get!

This was the perfect spot for our family to start our Bali holiday. The villa was spacious and clean, and it was in a great location with everything we needed within walking distance. The staff were absolutely amazing and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very friendly and helpful host, cleaner came everyday and cleaned pool and fresh towels etc. host kept in contact and was a great help and extremely friendly. Kitchen aswel so handy if you wanted to cook and a fridge in there too. Great air con, Very secure villa and close to main areas. Would recommend.

Location good n quiet with great pool

Power kept cutting out and we had to reconnect all the time and the host dis not come to rectify. Cleanliness not very good, not fresh towels everyday. Beds not comfortable at all

The location

If you love mould this is for you. Utterly disgusting. Every room including roof, lampshades, windows, the curtains, were covered in mould. The room was equiped with two huge windows of one, which has no blind to stop thre sun. The toilet seat was wonky, and smelt like sewerage. The first rooms shower run CONSTANT, and the smell of mould was so over bearing we had to go buy a humidifer as our 13 year old was in there and we were genuinely concerned about her inhailing the mouldy smell. The villa flooded ruining our luggage. Our front door came OFF. COMPLETELY OFF. exposing our villa and belongings to anyon3 who walked past. The owners would not fix it over night so we were forced to sleep like sitting ducks with no door. 15 hours later, still no door, so we were forced to move hotels last minute. We were given filthy, holey towels. The bedding was Stained yellow even though they were "fresh" sheets. Three days in a row there was cleaners in our villa till 3-3.30pm so we were forced to stay out in the heat. Owner is absolutely useless. I would not stay here unless your absolutely desperate. The front desk is manned but can't help you as the villa doesn't belong to them. Worst experience we have ever had. Owner refuses a full refund. She obviously believes the standard of living we had in her crack den is sufficient Unfortunately I can't get the photos as I got a nrw phone so I only have what I have posted
