7 on Bantry Apartments

The view and security. Had all the possible appliances u could need The staff of the building were extremely helpful

The flat was not swept so it had a bit of dust/sand on floors. The person who came to check us in, came late. He also did not seem to know much about the parking that was promised. The building staff helped more.

The Bantry on 7 is at an excellent location - from our unit, we had expansive views of the ocean which was great, stepping out onto the balcony and you get a great view of Lion’s Head, simple breathtaking. The property is modern and was fully equipped with all the amenities you need.

It was difficult to get ahold of the host when I misplaced the keys to the unit. Not having a highly responsive line during peak season was rather disappointing.

The property is non smoking which is to be expected. However, one is not even permitted to smoke on the balcony which I didn't realise. The owner in the penthouse above was extremely rude and reported the fact that I was smoking outside. This resulted in my being charged a fine. Not cool.

Location. Dedicated Parking (which is a premium in Cape Town). Spacious modern apartment.

Needed a few more towels. Otherwise nothing.

The property is a 10/10, the view is refreshing and the area nje is peaceful. You can just walk around to nearby complex or beach, it is safe. The environment is a 10/10, a perfect location for a vacation.
