The location was very good.

Correspondence had to be prompted. Rules only supplied at 12.00 on day of arrival. 20 minutes late to hand over the keys. No answer from the office when tried to call but did call back later. Nonchalant attitude. Toilet wasn't flushed. Toilet seat not properly fitted. Beading coming off on shower door. No ingoing or outgoing inspection undertaken considering that it was a furnished apartment. No explanation given as to how to connect to the TV. Left on your own to work it out. When asked about load shedding times was told to look at the app on my mobile. New to the destination - didn't even know the area or zones. Bed sounded like it had a broken slat under it. One of the blinds covering the balcony windows had stains and marks on it. No security safe in the apartment so you had to carry your valuable belongings all over with you. Very inconvenient.

So conveniently located, it felt like our home away from home. Had everything we needed, staff was so attentive, felt very safe.
