Perfekte Lage, sehr sauber und trotz zentraler Lage absolut ruhig.

Mitten in der Altstadt gelegen, so dass alle Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. (Zum Bahnhof sind es ca. 20 Minuten.) Geschäfte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Die Haustür geht auf ein sehr belebte Gasse, aber das Apartment geht nach hinten raus und ist sehr ruhig. Die Schlüsselübergabe war völlig problemlos (Die Mutter des Vermieters wohnt im Haus.), Wir konnten direkt nach unserer Ankunft gegen Mittag ins Apartment. Die Treppen in den zweiten Stock sind allerdings teilweise schwierig zu erklimmen (niedrige Decke). Das stört aber nur beim Koffertransport. Das Apartment ist ausreichend groß für zwei Personen, hübsch eingerichtet, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es gab sogar Kaffee und Zucker für die Kaffeemaschine. Und - was in der Beschreibung nicht angegeben ist - gute Pflegeprodukte im Bad. Den Vermieter haben wir nicht persönlich kennen gelernt, aber er war über WhatsApp immer erreichbar. Er war sehr freundlich und hat uns erlaubt, das Apartment am Abreisetag bis zu unserer Abfahrt zum Flughafen (17.00 (Uhr) zu nutzen. Wir können das Apartment nur empfehlen!

The location was excellent – right in the heart of the old town, close to great restaurants and bars, yet the apartment itself was quiet and peaceful. It was clean, well-maintained, and of a very high standard. Communication with the host was great. If you're planning to spend time in Bari, this apartment is a great choice.

Location was perfect, house was authentic in the old part of town which was really nice,

Occasional bad smell from the drains but that could be the price you pay for choosing an original old building. You can enjoy the charm of the location but this may come with the odd negative due to the age of the accommodation.
